Lamb County has 38 active COVID-19 cases

Lamb County Judge James M. DeLoach has issued an update on the COVID-19 virus cases in Lamb County, as of Tuesday afternoon, Aug. 25, 2020.

He reports that, currrently, Lamb County has had a total of 222 COVID-19 recoveries, and 19 deaths since the pandemic began in early spring.

As of Tuesday, Aug. 25, Lamb County had 38 active cases. There is now one case in Amherst; six in Earth; 24 in Littlefield; three in Olton; two in Springlake; and two in Sudan.

Last Tuesday, Aug. 18, Judge DeLoach reported there were 210 recoveries out of the 250 total cases, and 40 active cases. Also, last week, there had been 18 deaths, so there has been one death since last week’s report.
