The Lamb County Grand Jury for the July Term A.D. 2024 of the Lamb County 154th Judicial District Court met on Monday, July 29, 2024, when a total of 13 indictments were returned, six of which have not been arrested at this time.
Raymond Sabala Flores was indicted on a charge of MAN/DEL CS PG 1 >=4G<200G 481.112(d) HEALTHAND SAFETYCODE F1, that occurred on or about the 28th day of May, 2024.

And it is further presented that, prior to the commission of the charged offense, on the 7th day of August, 1998, in cause number 0512639B01010 in the 104th District Court of Taylor County, Texas, the defendant was finally convicted of the felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or More.
His Bond is set at $50,000. Gabriel Lee Cantu was indicted on a charge of Assault INT/RECK BREATH/CIRC FAM MEM PREV IAT 22.01(b-3) PENAL CODE F2, that occurred on or about the 4th day of July, 2024.

1. And it is further presented that, prior to the commission of the charged offense (hereafter styled the primary offense), on the 12th day of June, 2003, in cause number 3388 in the 154th District Court of Lamb County, Texas, the defendant was finally convicted of the felony offense of Burglary of a Habitation; 2. And it is further presented that, prior to the commission of the primary offense, and after the conviction in cause number 3388 was final, the defendant committed the felony offense of Burglary of a Habitation, and was finally convicted on the 7th day of December, 2000, in cause number A2681-0004 in the 64th District Court of Castro County, Texas; 3. And it is further presented that, prior to the commission of the primary offense, and after the conviction in cause number A2681-0004 was final, the defendant committed the felony offense of Assault Family/Household Member with a Prior Conviction, and was finally convicted, and was finally convicted on the 11th day of May, 2010, in cause number 2009-424,469 in the 364th District Court of Lubbock County, Texas; 4. And it is further presented that, prior to the commission of the primary offense, and after the conviction in cause number 2009424,469 was final, the defendant committed the felony offense of Forgery of a Financial Instrument – Elderly Victim, and was finally convicted on the 12th day of May, 2014, in cause number DCR-547216 in the 154th District Court of Lamb County, Texas; 5. And it is further presented that, prior to the commission of the primary offense, and after the conviction in cause number DCR5066-14 was final, the defendant committed the felony offense of Assault Family/Household Member with a Prior Conviction, and was finally convicted on the 29th day of January, 2021, in cause number DCR-5472-16 in the 154th District Court of Lamb County, Texas; and the defendant committed the felony offense Assault Family/ Household Member with a Prior Conviction, and was finally convicted on the 27th day of June, 2017, in cause number 27363C in the 251st District Court of Randall County, Texas.
His Bond is set at $7,500 and he is to have no contact with the victim or any member of her family.
Nykibian Wooley was indicted on a charge of Evading Arrest Det w/vehicle 38.04(b)(2)(A) PENAL CODE F3, that occurred on or about the 30th day of May, 2024.
Their Bond is set at $5,000.
Nykibian Wooley was also indicted on a charge of Unauth Use of Vehicle 31.07 PENAL CODE FS, that occurred on or about the 30th day of May, 2024.
Their Bond is set at $3,500. Theodore Dean Bamsch was indicted on a charge of Agg Assault w/ Deadly Weapon 22.02(a)(2) PENAL CODE F2, that occurred on or about the 30th day of May, 2024.
PUNISHMENT ENHANCEMENT
1. And it is further presented that, prior to the commission of the charged offense (hereafter styled the primary offense), on the 11th day of February, 1985, in cause number F-84-89325 in the Criminal District Court #5 of Dallas County, Texas, the defendant was finally convicted of the felony offense of Aggravated Kidnapping; 2. And it is further presented that, prior to the commission of the primary offense, and after the conviction in cause number F84-89325 was final, the defendant committed the felony offense of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child and was finally convicted on the 4th day of November, 1998, in cause numbers 2968082388 and 2968082288 in the 296th District Court of Collin County, Texas; 3. And it is further presented that, prior to the commission of the primary offense, and after the conviction in cause numbers 2968082388 and 2968082288 were final, the defendant committed the felony offense of Violation of Civil Commitment Requirement and was finally convicted, and was finally convicted on the 13th day of June, 2019, in cause number DCR-5888-19 in the 154th District Court of Lamb County, Texas.
His Bond is set at $10,000 and he is to have no contact with the victim.
Frank Arce Espinoza was indicted on a charge of Agg Asslt w/Deadly Weapon 22.02(a)(2) PENAL CODE F2, that occurred on or about the 1st day of May, 2024.
Count I, Paragraph 2 And it is further presented in and to said Court that on May 1, 2024, in Lamb County, Texas, the Defendant did then and there, intentionally and knowingly threaten Eric Galan and Johnny Galan with imminent bodily injury by verbally threatening to assault the said Eric Galan and Johnny Galan, and he did then and there use or exhibit a deadly weapon, namely a firearm, during the commission of the assault; COUNT I, PARAGRAPH 3 And it is further presented in and to said Court that on May 1, 2024, in Lamb County, Texas, the Defendant did then and there, intentionally and knowingly threaten Johnny Galan with imminent bodily injury by operating a motor vehicle into and in the direction of the said Johnny Galan, and did then and there use or exhibit a deadly weapon, namely a motor vehicle, during the commission of the assault.
His Bond is set at $250,000 and he is to have no contact with Johnny Galan, Eric Galan, Michael Flores- Kershaw, Deandre Bean, or Michael Lopez Jr.
Michael Robert Flores-Kershaw was indicted on a charge of Agg Asslt w/Deadly Weapon 22.02( a)( 2) PENAL CODE F2, that occurred on or about the 1st day of May, 2024.
Count I, Paragraph 2
And it is further presented in and to said Court that on May 1, 2024, in Lamb County, Texas, the Defendant did then and there, intentionally, knowingly and recklessly cause bodily injury to Johnny Galan by striking the said Johnny Galan with the defendant’s hand, and by striking the said Johnny Galan with a hard object, and the defendant did then and there use or exhibit a deadly weapon, namely brass knuckles, during the commission of the assault.
His Bond is set at $200,000 and he is to have no contact with Johnny Galan, Eric Galan, Frank Arce Espinoza, Deandre Bean, or Michael Lopez Jr.
