Judge advises sign-up now for Vaccination

Lamb County Judge James M. DeLoach reports that DSHS advised him Wednesday morning, that they will not be asking about pre-existing conditions at the vaccination hub Tuesday, March 16, from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. at the Lamb County Ag and Community Center.

Vaccinations will be administered by the Department of State Health Services.

Judge DeLoach explained: “I am telling EVERYONE, if you want the vaccine, to sign up for it NOW This will be one of the two-shot vaccines.

“Please go to the Lamb County Website (see address below) and sign up. To sign up on this site, you will need an email address to confirm your appointment. If you do not have a computer, you may go to one of the two Lamb County libraries (Littlefield and Olton) and they will assist you. If you have problems signing up please call 806-485-0045 and someone will assist you.

“This is a great opportunity to get the vacination if you want it.”

Judge DeLoach concluded: “I know the vaccination is controversial, however as your County Judge, it is my responsibility to make sure you have the opportunity, if you choose to take it.”
