A regular meeting of the Board of Managers of the Lamb County Hospital will be held Tuesday, May 17, 2022, at 12 noon in the Education Room of Lamb Healthcare Center, 1500 South Sunset in Littlefield.
They will be considering a 14- item agenda.
1. Call to order.
2. Open Forum for Public comments (3 minutes maximum).
3. Approval of minutes from previous meetings.
4. Financial Report.
5. Medical Staff Report:
Initial Appointments: Dr. Mark Wilson, MD – Concord.
Reappointments: Dr. William Jones, MD – Concord.
6. Committee Reports.
7. Retirement Plan – Leann Porter with THA.
8. Employee Insurance.
9. Capital Equipment.
10. Three-Year Plan.
11. Administrator’s Report.
12. Consider and take appropriate action on excusing absent board members.
13. The Board of Managers of the Lamb County Hospital, also known as the Lamb Healthcre Center, may vote and/or act upon each of the items listed on the agenda.
The Board of Managers may meet in Executive session on any of the above items as authorizd by the Texas Open Meetings Act, and pursuant to Government Code 551, sub-chapter D.
The Board of Managers also reserve the right to reconvene in a Regular Session and consider action, if any, on the items discusssed in Executive Session.
