Hospital Board of Managers to meet Tuesday

    A regular meeting of the Board of Managers of the Lamb County Hospital, will be held at 12 noon Tuesday, March 15, 2022 in the Education Room of Lamb Healthcare Center, 1500 South Sunset Avenue in Litttlefield.

    The board will be considering a 13-item agenda.

    AGENDA

    1. Call to Order.

    2. Open Forum / Public Comments (3minutes maximum).

    3. Approval of minutes of the previous meeting (Feb. 15. 2022).

    4. Financial report.

    5. Medical Staff Report

    Initial Appointments: Maksim Efremov, CRNA.

    Reappointments: N/A.

    6. Committee Reports.

    7. Employee Education.

    8. Covid Vaccine Policy and Exemptions.

    9. Cindy Klein, annual evaluation.

    10. Administrator’s Report.

    11. Consider and take appropriate action on Excusing Absent Board Members.

    12. The Board of Managers of the Lamb County Hospital, also known as the Lamb Healthcare Center, may vote and/or act upon each of the items listed on the agenda. The Board of Managers may meet in Executive Session on any of the above items as authorized by the Texas Open Meeting Act, and pursuant to Government Code 551, sub-chapter D. The Board of Managers of the Lamb County Hospital, also reserve the right to reconvene in a regular session and consider action, if any, on the items discusssed in Executive Session.
