The Lamb County Grand Jury met for the July Term A.D. 2022 of the Lamb County 154th Judicial District Court on Tuesday, May 24, 2022, when they indicted a total of 13 defendants.
Juan Manuel Sosa, was indicted on a charge of Posession of a Controlled Substance Pgi <1G DFZ IAT 481.115 481.134(d) Health and Safety Code F3, that occurred on or about the 18 th day of May, 2022.
His bond is set at $3,500. Gustavo Uriel Linconduarte, was indicted on a charge of Posession of Marijuana>50lbs<=2,000lbs 481.121(b)(5) Health and Safety Code F2, that occurred on or about the 14 th day of December, 2021.
His bond is set at $75,000. Tom Adam Olivarez, was indicted on a charge of Manufacturing and delivery of a controlled substance PG 1>=4G<200G 481.112(d) Health and Safety Code F1, that occurred on or about the 30 th day of June, 2022.
His bond is set at $10,000. Lorenzo Garcia Valderas, was indicted on a charge of Manufacturing and delivery of a controlled substance PG 1>=4G<200G 481.112(d) Health and Safety Code F1, that occurred on or about the 30 th day of June, 2022.
His bond is set at $10,000. Gerardo Santos, was indicted on a charge of Aggravated Robbery 29.03 Penal Code F1, that occurred on or about the 19 th day of June, 2022.
His bond is set at $50,000.
Victor Alvarez, was indicted on a charge of Driving While Intoxicated w/ child under 15-years-old 49.045(b) Penal Code FS, that occurred on or about the 12 th day of May, 2022.
His bond is set at $3,500.
Victor Alvarez, was indicted on a charge of Evading Arrest detention w/vehicle 38.04(b)(2)(a) Penal Code F3, that occurred on or about the 12 th day of May, 2022.
His bond is set at $7,500. Alex Hernandez, was indicted on a charge of Aggravated Assault with a deadly weapon 22.02(a)(2) Penal Code F2, that occurred on or about the 17 th day of June, 2022. He is ordered to have no contact with the victim.
It is further presented that, prior to the commission of the charged offense, on the 12 th day of March 2019, in cause number DCR-554- 17 in the 154 th District Court of Lamb County, Texas, the defendant was convicted of the felony offense of Aggravated Assault with a deadly weapon.
His bond is set at $50,000.
Alex Hernandez, was indicted on a charge of Aggravated Assault with a deadly weapon 22.02(a)(2) Penal Code F2, that occurred on or about the 17 th day of June, 2022. He is ordered to have no contact with the victim.
It is further presented that, prior to the commission of the charged offense, on the 12 th day of March 2019, in cause number DCR-554- 17 in the 154 th District Court of Lamb County, Texas, the defendant was convicted of the felony offense of Aggravated Assault with a deadly weapon.
His bond is set at $50,000. Mariah Gabrielle Garcia, was indicted twice on charges of Assaulting a public servant 22.01(b)(1) Penal Code F3, that occurred on or about the 29 th day of June, 2022.
Her bond for each charge is set at $25,000.

His bond is set at $15,000. Daniel Morales Velasquez, was indicted on a charge of Money Laundering >=2,500<30K 34.02(e)(1) Penal Code FS, that occurred on or about the 10 th day of April, 2022.
His bond is set at $7,000.
