The Lamb County Grand Jury for the January Term A.D. 2023 of the Lamb County 154th Judicial District Court met on Wednesday May, 24, 2023, when they returned 26 indictments, nine of which have been arrested.
Ray Louis Montoya, 31, of Littlefield, was indicted on a charge of Possession of a controlled substance PG1/1-B<1G 481.115 ( b) HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE FS, that occurred on or about the 15th day of February, 2023.
His bond is set at $3,500. Victor Rene Yebra-Cleto, 22, of Olton, was indicted on a charge of Tamper/Fabricate Phys Evid W/ Intent to Impair 37.09(c) PENAL CODE F3, that occurred on or about the 17th day of April, 2023.
His bond is set at $7,500. Isaiah Stagger Lee Ayala, 28, of Littlefield, was indicted on a charge of Theft Prop <$2,500 2/ more Prev Conv 31.03(3)(4)(D) PENAL CODE FS, that occurred on or about the 10th day of Dec., 2022.
And it is further presented that before the commission of the charged offense, the defendant had theretofore been twice convicted of theft in that on the 9th day of July, 2015, in the 154th District Court of Lamb County, Texas, in cause number DCR-5254-15. The defendant was convicted of the offense of Theft $ 1,500$20,000: And on the 9th day of July, 2015, in the 154th District Court of Lamb County, Texas, in cause number DCR-5260-15, the defendant was convicted of the offense of Theft $1,500-20,000 And on the 9th day of July, 2015, in the 154th District Court of Lamb County, Texas, in cause number DCR-5258-15, the defendant was convicted of the offense of Theft $1,500-20,000 His bond is set at $5,000. Isaiah Stagger Lee Ayala, 28, of Littlefield, was indicted on a charge of Poss of a Controlled Substance PG 1/1-B<1G 481.115(b) HEALTHAND SAFETYCODE FS, that occurred on or about the 08th day of March, 2023.
And it is further presented that, prior to the commission of the charged offense (hereafter styled the primary offense), on the 9th day of July, 2015, in cause number DCR-5254-15 in the 154th District Court of Lamb County, Texas, the defendant was finally convicted of the state jail felony of Theft $1,500-$20,000: And it is further presented that, prior to the commission of the primary offense, on the 9th day of July, 2015, in cause number DCR-526015 in the 154th District Court of Lamb County, Texas, the defendant was finally convicted of the state jail felony of Theft $1,50020,000: And it is further presented that, prior to the commission of the primary offense, on the 9th day of July, 2015, in cause number DCR-5258--15 in the 154th District Court of Lamb County, Texas, the defendant was finally convicted of the state jail felony of Theft $1,50020,000 His bond is set at $10,000. Ronald Deonta Dunn, 43, of Littlefield, was indicted on a charge of Poss of a Controlled Substance PG 1/1-B<1G 481.115(b) HEALTHAND SAFETYCODE FS, that occurred on or about the 22nd day of April, 2023.
His bond is set at $5,000. Fernando Garcia JR., 27, of Littlefield, was indicted on a charge of Burglary of Habitation 30.02(c)(2) PENAL CODE F2, that occurred on or about the 26th day of April, 2023.
His bond is set at $10,000. Billy John Ulloa, 25, of Littlefield, was indicted on a charge of Evading Arrest Det W/Prev Conviction 38.04(b)(1) PENAL CODE FS, that occurred on or about the 08th day of April, 2023.
And it is further presented that, prior to the commission of the charged offense, on April 12, 2018, in cause numbers CCR-17478 and CCR-17504 in the County Court of Lamb County, Texas, the defendant was convicted under Section 38.04 of the Texas Penal Code, of the offenses of Evading Arrest/ Detention.
His bond is set at $7,000. Calvin Jarius Mauriese Wormly, 20, of Levelland, was indicted on a charge of Murder 19.02(c) PENAL CODE F1, that occurred on or about the 08th day of January, 2023.
His bond is set at $500,000. Adrian Trevino, 34, of Littlefield, was indicted on a charge of Poss of Injury Child/Elderly/Disable W/ intent Bodily Injury 22.04(f) PENAL CODE F3, that occurred on or about the 19th day of April, 2023.
He is also to have no contact with Frank Trevino.
His bond is set at $15,000.
