The Lamb County Grand Jury for the January Term A.D. 2025 of the 154th Judicial District Court met on Friday, March 28, 2025, when 16 indictments were returned.
Frank Arce Espinoza, 33, of Littlefield, was indicted on a charge of Evading Arrest Det W/ Previous Conviction 38.04(b)(1) PENAL CODE FS, that occurred on or about the 2nd day of February, 2025.
Jurisdictional Enhancements 1. And it is further presented that, before the commission of the charged offense, on the 30th day of April, 2015, in cause number CCR-16943 in the County Court Room of Lamb County, Texas, the defendant was convicted under Section 38.04 of the Texas Penal Code, of the offense of Evading Arrest/Detention; 2. And it is further presented that, before the commission of the charged offense, on the 30th day of April, 2015, in cause number CCR-16972 in the County Court of Lamb County, Texas, the defendant was convicted under Section 38.04 of the Texas Penal Code, of the offense of Evading Arrest/Detention; 3. And it is further presented that, before the commission of the charged offense, on the 8th day of October, 2015, in cause number DCR-5351-15 in the 154th District Court of Lamb County, Texas, the defendant was convicted under Section 38.04 of the Texas Penal Code, of the offense of Evading Arrest/Detention with a Previous Conviction.
His bond is set at $5,000. Eddie Alvarado, 40, of Littlefield, was indicted on a charge of Assault Family/Household Member Prev Conv IAT 22.01(b)(2) PENAL CODE F3, that occurred on or about the 14th day of February, 2025.
Jurisdictional Enhancements 1. And it is further presented that, before the commission of the charged offense, (hereafter styled the primary offfense), on the 18th day of May, 2005, in cause number 3887 in the 154th District Court of Lamb County, Texas, the defendant was finally convicted of the felony offense of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon; 2. And it is further presented that, before the commission of the primary offense, and after the conviction in cause number 3887 was final, the defendant committed the felony offense of Assault of a Public Servant, and was finally convicted on the 27th day of September, 2021, in cause number DCR6004-20 in the 154th District Court of Lamb County, Texas.
His bond is set at $50,000 and he is to have no contact with the victim.
Rodney Trevino Jr., 36, of Littlefield, was indicted on a charge of Man/ Del CS PG 1>=4G<200G 481.112(d) HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE F1, that occurred on or about the 6th day of February, 2025.
Jurisdictional Enhancements 1. And it is further presented that, before the commission of the charged offense, on the 7th day of Sept., 2017, in cause number DCR5444-16 in the 154th District Court Room of Lamb County, Texas, the defendant was finally convicted of the felony offense of Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity.
His bond is set at $50,000. Rodney Trevino Jr., 36, of Littlefield, was indicted on a charge of Evading Arrest/Detention W/ Previous Conviction 38.04(b)(1) PENAL CODE FS, that occurred on or about the 6th day of February, 2025.
Jurisdictional Enhancements 1. And it is further presented that, before the commission of the charged offense, on March 3, 2015, in cause number CCR-16783 in the County Court of Lamb County, Texas, the defendant was convicted under Section 38.04 of the Texas Penal Code, of the offense of Evading Arrest/Detention.
His bond is set at $5,000.
Thomas Ramirez, 42, of Littlefield, was indicted on a charge of Poss CS PG 1/1-B <1G 481.115( b) HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE FS, that occurred on or about the 26th day of December, 2024.
His bond is set at $10,000. Jamie Ray Everett, 57, of Earth, was indicted on a charge of Man/ Del CS PG 1- B>= 4G< 200G 481.1123( d) HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE F1, that occurred on or about the 4th day of December, 2023.
His bond is set at $10,000. Lawrence Garcia, 56, of Lubbock, was indicted on a charge of Burglary of Building 30.02(c)(1) PENAL CODE FS, that occurred on or about the 13th day of January, 2025.
His bond is set at $3,500. Jesus Ramirez, 55, of Littlefield, was indicted on a charge of Poss CS PG 1/1-B>=1G<4G 481.115(c) HEALTHAND SAFETYCODE F3, that occurred on or about the 18th day of January, 2025.
His bond is set at $5,000. Cesar Enrique Robledo-Franco, 33, of Portales, N.M., was indicted on a charge of Evading Arrest Det W/Vehicle 38.04(b)(2)(A) PENAL CODE F3, that occurred on or about the 16th day of February, 2025.
His bond is set at $3,500. Stephen Jay Ramos, 45, of Lubbock, was indicted on a charge of Poss CS PG 1/ 1- B>= 1G< 4G 481.115(c) HEALTHAND SAFETY CODE F3, that occurred on or about the 24th day of December, 2024.
His bond is set at $5,000.
Lamont Da’Zel Ty Green, 21, of Clovis, N.M., was indicted on a charge of Poss CS PG 2 >=4G<400G 481.116(d) HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE F2, that occurred on or about the 25th day of January, 2025.
His bond is set at $7,500. Jose Alverto Melendez, 32, of Littlefield, was indicted on a charge of Escape While Arrested/ Confined-Felony 38.06(c) PENAL CODE F3, that occurred on or about the 29th day of December, 2024.

And it is further presented that, before the commission of the charged offense, on the 16th day of June, 2021, in cause number 16375 in the 64th District Court of Castro County, Texas, the defendant was convicted under Section 38.04 of the Texas Penal Code, of the offense of Evading Arrest/Detention; 2. And it is further presented that, before the commission of the charged offense, on the 17th day of April, 2024, in cause number 16528 in the County Court of Castro County, Texas, the defendant was convicted under Section 38.04 of the Texas Penal Code, of the offense of Evading Arrest/Detention.
