Grand Jury indicts 12 for 154th Dist. Court

The Lamb County Grand Jury met Wednesday, April 14, 2021 when it returned 12 indictments for the 154th District Court of Lamb County.

Of those 12 indictments, only 8 of them were released for publication to the Lamb County Leader-News.

By name, age and residence, the eight are:

Brady Wayne Underwood, 44, of Littlefield, two indictments:

The first, on a charge of Assault, Family Household Member, that occurred March 4, 2021, with Previous Conviction.

Bond was set at $5,000 and he was ordered to have no contact with the victim.

The second indictment for Brady Wayne Underwood, was on a charge of Burglary of a Habitation, that occurred Feb. 13,, 2021. Bond for that indictment was set at $7,500, and he was ordered to have no contact with the victim.

Michael Phillip Sanchez, 32, of Earth was indicted on a charge of possession of unregistered Prohibited Weapon, that occurred March 10, 2021.

Bond was set at $5,000.

Nicholas Reyes, 34, of Olton, was indicted on a charge of Feb. 3, 2021 Assault on Family Household Member, He was previously convicted of a previous Conviction that occurred in 2008.

Bond was set at $7,500, and he was ordered to have no contact with the victim.

Jonathan Lee Espinoza, 38, of Littlefield, was indicted on a charge of Possession of Controlled Substance PG 1 <1G, that occurred March 10, 2021

Bond was set at $3,500.

Efrain G. Salazar, 61, of Hart, was indicted on a charge of Driving While Intoxicated, third or more, that occurred Feb. 14, 2021.

Bond was set at $25,000.

Justin Guadalupe Villegas, 33, of Littlefield, was indicted on a charge of Manufacture and Delivery of Controlled Substance PG 1>=4G<200G, that occurred Jan. 22, 2021. Bond was set at $25,000.

Ignacio TIUL-COC, 27, of Dimmitt, was indicted on a charge of Driving While Intoxicated with Child Under 15 years of age, that occurred March 19, 2021. Bond was set at $5,000.
