Happy March everybody!
This month we will be celebrating Read Across America by having spirit week!!! Bring your kiddos by to find a Cat in the Hat. A hat will be hidden in the children’s section so they can win a prize.
As an extra prize, have them dress up with us each day, March 5th - March 8th. Dress up days are: Wednesday, March 5 - Wacky Wednesday. Wear your wackiest socks Thursday, March 6 - Reading makes you bright! Wear bright colors.
Friday, March 7 - Readers are Leaders! Dress up as what you want to be when you grow up.
Saturday, March 8 - Cozy up with a good book! Wear your pajamas.
Mid-month, we will celebrate St. Patrick’s day with some arts and crafts on Monday, March 17th, from 4 until 5 p.m.
Lastly, on March 20th, we will hold our annual birthday party for Mr. Fred Rogers as we celebrate National Won’t You Be My Neighbor Day. We will have birthday party games, cupcakes, and juice. Kids of all ages are welcome to join.
