WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL
On Oct. 3, 2023, Victor Alvarez, 35, of Amherst, entered a Guilty plea to the offense for which he was convicted: Driving While Intoxicated, that occurred on May 12, 2022.
The court received the plea, judged the defendant was guilty, the defendant was sentenced to 15 days confinement in the County Jail. He was given 19 days of total jail time credit towards Incarceration, Fines and Costs.
He is ordered to pay fines in the amount of $850, Reimbursement Fees in the amount of $15 and Court Costs in the amount of $290.
On Oct. 3, 2023, Joe Manzanales, 46, of Earth, entered a Guilty plea to the offense for which he was convicted: Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or More IAT, that occurred on Feb. 11, 2023.
The court received the plea, judged the defendant was guilty, the defendant was sentenced to five years TDCJ, Correctional Institutions Division, but the sentence of confinement was suspended, and the defendant was placed on Community Supervision for four years.
He is ordered to pay fines in the amount of $2,100, Reimbursement Fees in the amount of $15 and Court Costs in the amount of $290.
On Oct. 4, 2023, Angela Chriselda McCrary, 43, of Littlefield, entered a Guilty plea to the offense for which she was convicted: Poss CS PG 1/1-B <1G, that occurred on May 6, 2023.
The court received the plea, judged the defendant was guilty, the defendant was sentenced to 24 months TDCJ, CID – State Jail Probated four years. The sentence of confinement was suspended, and the defendant was placed on Community Supervision for four years.
She is ordered to pay Restitution in the amount of $180, Reimbursement Fees in the amount of $ 515 and Court Costs in the amount of $290.
On Oct. 31, 2023, Johnathan Joe Ramirez, 21, of Olton, entered a Guilty plea to the offense for which he was convicted: Evading Arrest Det W/Prev Conviction, that occurred on Aug. 8, 2023.
The court received the plea, judged the defendant was guilty, the defendant was sentenced to 12 months TDCJ, CID – State Jail. He was given 86 days of total jail time credit towards Incarceration, Fines and Costs.
He is ordered to pay Reimbursement Fees in the amount of $15 and Court Costs in the amount of $290.
DEFERREDADJUDICATION

On Oct. 17, 2023, Tracy Sean Gage, 54, of Littlefield, entered a guilty plea to the offense of Tamper/Fabricate Phys Evid W/ Intent to Impair, that occurred on Sept. 23, 2022. The defendant was placed on deferred Adjudication Community Supervision for three years.
He also has to pay court costs in the amount of $290, Fines in the amount of $500 and $15 in Reimbursement Fees.
On Oct. 24, 2023, Hannah Nichole Kersey, 20, of Littlefield, entered a guilty plea to the offense of Unauth Use of Vehicle, that occurred on May 30, 2023. The defendant was placed on deferred Adjudication Community Supervision for two years.
She also has to pay court costs in the amount of $290 and $165 in Reimbursement Fees.
On Oct. 24, 2023, Hannah Nichole Kersey, 20, of Littlefield, entered a guilty plea to the offense of Unauth Use of Vehicle, that occurred on July 25, 2023. The defendant was placed on deferred Adjudication Community Supervision for two years.
She also has to pay court costs in the amount of $290 and $515 in Reimbursement Fees.
JUDGMENT REVOKING SUPERVISION
On Oct. 2, 2023, Joseph Malik Escareno, 24, of Littlefield, was charged with the State Jail Felony offense of Evading Arrest Det W/ Prev Conviction, that occurred Nov. 9, 2022.
His Community Suvervision was revoked and he was sentenced to 12 months State Jail Division, TDCJ. The sentence will run concurrent with: DCR-6262-22. He is being given 119 days of Total Jail Time Credit towards incarceration, fine and costs.
He is to pay $290 in accrued court costs and accrued reimbursement fees in the amount of $15.
On Oct. 2, 2023, Joseph Malik Escareno, 24, of Littlefield, was charged with the State Jail Felony offense of Poss CS PG 1/1-B<1G, that occurred May 5, 2022.
His Community Suvervision was revoked and he was sentenced to 12 months State Jail Division, TDCJ. The sentence will run concurrent with: DCR-6295-22. He is being given 181 days of Total Jail Time Credit towards incarceration, fine and costs.
He is to pay $290 in accrued court costs, Accrued fine of $500 and accrued reimbursement fees in the amount of $15.
On Oct. 31, 2023, Skylar Joel Brickman, 33, of Santa Fe, N.M., was charged with the Class B Misdemeanor offense of Poss Marij < 2oz, that occurred Feb. 16, 2022.
His Community Suvervision was revoked and he was sentenced to 110 days in the County Jail. He is being given 114 days of Total Jail Time Credit towards incarceration, fine and costs.
He is to pay $290 in accrued court costs, $750 in accrued fines, $180 in accrued Restitution and accrued reimbursement fees in the amount of $15.
ADJUDICATINGGUILT
Tina Roshea Hayes, 40, of Littlefield, entered a True Plea to a Motion to Adjudicate the 2nd degree felony charge of Agg Assault W/Deadly Weapon, that occurred on October April 9, 2019. He was sentenced to five years Institutional Division, TDCJ. She was given 181 days of total jail time credit.
She is also ordered to pay $224 for court costs, Fines in the amount of $500 and Reimbursement fees in the amount of $450.
Johnathan Joe Ramirez entered a True Plea to a Motion to Adjudicate the State Jail felony charge of Poss CS PG 1 <1G, that occurred on October Aug. 7, 2020. He was sentenced to 18 months State Jail Division, TDCJ. He was given 435 days of total jail time credit.
He is also ordered to pay $290 for accrued court costs, accrued Fines in the amount of $250, accrued Restitution in the amount of $180 and accrued Reimbursement fees in the amount of $15.
