On Aug. 15, 2023, Ricky Garcia, 41 of Littlefield, entered a guilty plea to the offense of Assault Fam/House Mem Bodily Injury, that occurred Aug. 7, 2022.
The court received the plea, judged the defendant was guilty, the defendant was sentenced to 30 days County Jail, but the sentence of confinement was suspended and the defendant was placed on Community Supervision for 12 months.

Judgment revoking supervision
On Aug. 1, 2023, Julian Rangel Esquibel, 40 of Littlefield, was charged with the State Jail Felony offense of Possession of Controlled Substance PG 1/1-B <1G, that occurred Oct. 10, 2021.
His Community Suvervision was revoked and he was sentenced to 18 months State Jail Division, TDCJ. He is credited with 171 days of total jail time credit towards incarceration, fine and costs. This sentence shall run concurrently with: DCR:-6424-22 Charge of Poss CS PG 1/1-B<1G in Lamb County.
On Aug. 1, 2023, Julian Rangel Esquibel, 40 of Littlefield, was charged with the State Jail Felony offense of Possession of Controlled Substance PG 1/1-B <1G, that occurred March 8, 2022.
His Community Suvervision was revoked and he was sentenced to 18 months State Jail Division, TDCJ. He is credited with 161 days of total jail time credit towards incarceration, fine and costs. This sentence shall run concurrently with: DCR:-6210-22 Charge of Poss CS PG 1/1-B<1G in Lamb County.
On Aug. 21, 2023, Jose Pacheco-Rivera, 35 of Olton, was charged with the 3rd Degree Felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or more IAT, that occurred Dec. 22, 2021.
His Community Suvervision was revoked and he was sentenced to five years Institutional Division, TDCJ. He is credited with 181 days of total jail time credit towards incarceration, fine and costs. He is also ordered to pay a $1,500 fine, $290 in court costs, Reimbursement fees in the amount of $15 and Restitution in the amount of $60.

On Aug. 2, 2023, Marcela NAva, 21 of Earth, entered a guilty plea to the offense of Agg Assault W/ Deadly Weapon, that occurred on Dec. 5, 2022. The defendant was placed on deferred Adjudication Community Supervision for four years.
