ADJUDICATINGGUILT Austin Ray Escobedo entered a True Plea to a Motion to Adjudicate the third degree felony charge of Assault of Family/ House Member to Impede Breath and Circulation, that occurred on October 1, 2020. . He was sentenced to four years in TDCJ, Institutional Division. He was given 389 days of total jail time credit. He is also ordered to pay $249 for court costs and Reimbursement fees in the amount of $450.
Abel Nino Aguilar entered a Not True Plea to a Motion to Adjudicate the State Jail Felony charge of Assault of Possession of a controlled substance PG1 <1G, that occurred on September 15, 2019. . He was sentenced to 15 months in TDCJ, State Jail Division. He was given 420 days of total jail time credit towards incarceration, fine and costs. He is also ordered to pay $305 for court costs, a $500 fine, Restitution in the amount of $180 and Reimbursement fees in the amount of $500.
Revoke Community Supervision Aug. 30, 2022: Community Supervision was revoked for Freddie Garcia in Judge Felix Klein’s 154th District Court of Lamb County, for the offense of Burglary of habitation, that occurred March 25, 2020.
The original community supervision order was given Aug. 13, 2020, and the original punishment assessed for the state jail felony charge, is 7 years Institutional Division, TDCJ probated 4 years, and a fine of $500.
The court previously suspended confinement in this case, and placed the defendant on community supervision.
Subsequently, the state filed a motion to revoke the defendant’s community supervision, and he has been given 45 days of total jail time credit. in the Lamb County Jail, and is ordered to pay court costs in the amount of $790, Restitution in the amount of $300 and Reimbursement fees in the amount of $450.
