On July 27, 2022, Isaac Steven Gonzales entered a guilty plea to the offense of Interfering with Emergency request for assistance, that occurred on May 16, 2022.

In exchange for the defendant’s guilty plea, the state recommends that the defendant be assessed punishment, fines, cost, restitution and finding as herein indicated.

Found to be guilty by the court, he was sentenced to 90 days confinement in the county jail. The sentence of confinement was suspended, and the defendant was placed on community supervision for two years. He is also ordered to pay $270 in court costs and a $500 fine.

Found to be guilty by the court, he was sentenced to 15 days confinement in the county jail and was given two days of total jail time credit. He is also ordered to pay $270 in court costs and a $500 fine.

On July 27, 2022, Ethan James Martinez entered a guilty plea to the offense of Possession of Marijuana <2oz, that occurred on July 5, 2022.

In exchange for the defendant’s guilty plea, the state recommends that the defendant be assessed punishment, fines, cost, restitution and finding as herein indicated.

Found to be guilty by the court, he was sentenced to 15 days confinement in the county jail. He is also ordered to pay $270 in court costs and a $500 fine.

MOTION TO DISMISS

On July 27, 2022, the Lamb County Court heard the motion of the County/ District Attorney to dismiss the above styled and numbered cause on the grounds of Plea Bargain-plea in DCR 6229-22, DCR-6235-22, and DCR-6236- 22 with punishment assessed.

Appearing that the motion should be granted, the court ordered, Adjudged and Decreed bu the court that the above styled and numbered cause be dismissed and that the defendant, Randy Dale Estes be discharged.
