Order discharging defendant from Community Supervision.

On April 25, 2022, in Lamb County Court the Court was to determine whether or not the finding entered in this case against the Defendant, Hector Carlos Solis, Jr., should be set aside and the defendant discharged from Community Supervision.

It appeared to the court that the Defendant, on the 27 th day of April 2021, entered a guilty plea to the misdemeanor offense of Driving While Intoxicated BAC>=0.15, and further proceedings having been suspended under conditions of Community Supervision for a term of one year; and it further appearing to the Court that the defendant has completed all of the original supervision period, with all conditions of Community Supervision having been satisfactrily fulfilled:

It is therefore ordered that the Community supervision of Defendant, Hector Carlos Solis, Jr., is terminated and he is discharged there from.

On April 25, 2022, the Lamb County Court was to determine whether or not the finding that was entered in this case against the Defendant, Archie James Oliver, should be set aside and the Defendant discharged from Community Supervision.

The Defendant did, on April 28, 2021, enter a Guilty plea to the misdemeanor offense of Criminal Trespass. Further proceedings have been suspended under conditions of Community Supervision for a term of one year. It further appears to the Court that the Defendant has completed all of the original supervision period, with all conditions of Community Supervision having been satifactorily fulfilled: It is therefore ordered that the Community Supervision supervision of Defendant, Archie James Oliver is terminated and he is discharged there from.

On April 27, 2022, it came to the Lamb County Court to determine whether or not the finding against the defendant, Larry Joe Breckner, should be set aside and the Defendant discharged from Community Supervision.

It appearimg to the Court that the Defendant entered a Guilty plea on Dec. 2, 2020 to the misdemeanor offense of Terroristic Threat Against A Public Servant. Further proceedings having been suspended under conditions of Community Supervision for a term of one year; and it further appearing to the Court that the Defendant has completed all of the original supervision period, with all conditions of Community Supervision having been satisfactorily fulfilled: It is therefore ordered that the Community Supervision of Defendant Larry Joe Breckner, is terminated and he is discharged therefrom.

On May 2, 2022, it came to the Lamb County Court to determine whether or not the finding entered in this case against the Defendant, Amanda Renee Holloman, should be set aside and the defendant discharged from Community Supervision.

It appeared to the Court that the Defendant entered a guilty plea on May 5, 2020 to the misdemeanor offense of Driving While Intoxicated. Further proceedings have been suspended under conditions of Community Supervision for a term of two years; and it further appears to the Court that the Defendant has completed all of the original supervision period, with all conditions of Community Supervision having been satisfactorily fulfilled; It is therefore ordered that the community supervision of the defendant, Amanda Renee Holloman, is terminated and she is discharged there from.

DEFERRED ADJUDICATION

On April 27, 2022, Julianna Mackenzie Aviles waived the right to trial by jury, and entered the plea of Nolo Contendere, for the offense of Possession of Marijuana <2 Ozs. that occurred March 27, 2022.

The Defendant appeared without counsel and knowingly, intelligently, and voluntarily waived the right to representation by counsel in writing in open court.

Terms of the plea bargain were the assignment of a period of deferred adjudication Community Supervision for two years

She is to pay $750 in fines, and $270 for Court costs.

CONVICTION BY COURT

On April 26. 2022, Logan Anthony Galbraith entered a Guilty plea to the offense of Assault Causes Bodily Injury, Family Member, that occurred Dec. 22, 2021.

He was sentenced to serve 30 days’ confinement in the County Jail, starting April 26, 2022. He has already served 44 days towards incarceration and fines and costs.

On April 27, 2022, Michael Benjamin Bradley entered a Guilty plea to the offense of Driving While Intoxicated, with open container, that occurred March 27, 2022.

The defendant appeared without counsel and knowingly, intelligently, and volutarily waived the right to representation by counsel in writing in open court.

He was sentenced to 30 days’ confinement in the County Jail.

He is also to pay $1,000 in fines, and $270 for Court Cost.

On May 2, 2022, the Lamb County Court heard the motion of the Assistant County Attorney to dismiss the case against Brandon James Griffith. Appearing to the Court that such a motion should be granted, it is accordingly Ordered, Adjudged, and Decreed by the Court that the case be dismissed, and that the defendant, Brandon James Griffith be discharged.

On May 2, 2022 the Lamb County Court heard and considered the motion of the Assistant County Attorney to dismiss the case against Jennifer Marie Stinson, who has successfully completed the term of probation ordered by the Court.

It appearing that such motion should be granted, the Court Ordered, Adjudged, and decreed by the court that the case be dismissed, and the defendant, Jennifer Marie Stinson, be discharged.
