Waiver of Jury Trial On Sept. 7, 2022, Adrian Trevino entered a guilty plea to the offense of Resisting Arrest, search or transport, that occurred on Aug. 20, 2022.

In exchange for the defendant’s guilty plea, the state recommends that the defendant be assessed punishment, fines, cost, restitution and findings as herein indicated.

Found to be guilty by the court, he was sentenced to 19 days confinement in the County Jail. He was given 19 days of total jail time credit. He was also ordered to pay court costs in the amount of $270 and Reimbursement fees in the amount of $350.

On Sept. 7, 2022, Troy James Plaisance entered a guilty plea to the offense of Assault causes bodily injury, that occurred on Aug. 17, 2021.

In exchange for the defendant’s guilty plea, the state recommends that the defendant be assessed punishment, fines, cost, restitution and findings as herein indicated.

Found to be guilty by the court, he was sentenced to 21 days confinement in the County Jail. He was given 21 days of total jail time credit. He was also ordered to pay court costs in the amount of $270 and Reimbursement fees in the amount of $350.

Motion to Dismiss On Sept. 6, 2022, the Lamb County Court heard the motion of the County/ District Attorney to dismiss the above styled and numbered cause on the grounds of other: Defendant plead guilty to resisting arrest/detention.

Appearing that the motion should be granted, the court ordered, Adjudged and Decreed by the court that the above styled and numbered cause be dismissed and that the defendant, Adrian Trevino be discharged.
