ROOFING MATERIAL FOR COURTHOUSE—Work began about a week ago by J Ferg Roofing of Lubbock, to replace the old roofing on the Courthouse. Workers remove a part of the old roofing, then they immediately begin replacing it with the new insulation and final top layers. In the event of a rain or snow storm, they want to be sure moisture does not get into the building. The stacks of wrapped materials on the ground near the north side of the Courthouse, are the roofing materials.
