Lamb County Commissioners will be conducting a regular business meeting at 10 a.m. Monday, July 19, 2021, in their new meeting room of the Lamb County Courthouse.
They will be considering a 12- item agenda, which includes the two consent agenda items as one action for voting.
After the Call to order by Lamb County Judge James Mike DeLoach, Public Comments (3 minutes max) will be received, if any. Consent agenda items:
a). Consider and take appropriate action on budget and salary amendments and/or line-item transfers.
b). Consider and take appropriate action on bills presented by the County Auditor.
4. Consider and take appropriate action on Certification of Grant Revenue received after the start of the fiscal year – American Rescue Plan Grant.
5. Consider and take appropriate action on Special Budget for Grant Revenue Received after the Start of the Fiscal Year-American Rescue Plan Grant.
6. Consider and take appropriate action on Sealed bids for the purchase of a backhoe for Precinct 1.
7. Consider and take appropriate action on financing Backhoe for Precinct 1.
8. Consider and take appropriate action on Managed WiFi Service Agreement for Olton Library.
9. Consider and take appropriate action to change District Judge’s Administrative Assistant from part-time, to full time, and set salary.
