A meeting of the Lamb County Commissioners’ Court will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, April 14, 2025, in the Lamb County Courthouse, where a 9—item agenda will be considered for appropriate action.
After the Call to order, the public may request to make a public comment on any of the agenda items. (3 minutes max) The items listed as “Consent Agenda Items” require no deliberation by the Court. Each Court member has the prerogative of removing an item from that agenda, so that it may be considered separately.
The five Consent Agenda items to be considered are: a) Consider and take appropriate action on minutes from previous meeting(s). b) Consider and take appropriate action on budget and salary amendments and/or line-item transfers; c) Consider and take appropriate action on bills presented by the County Auditor; d) Consider and take appropriate action on payroll; e) Consider and take appropriate action on departmental reports. f) Consider and take appropriate action on Donations; 4. Consider and take appropriate action to Award Depository Bid Contract; 5. Consider and take appropriate action on TAC Health and Employee Benefits Pool (HEBP) Cobra agreement for 2024-2025 plan; 6. Consider and take appropriate action on approving the County and District Attorney’s Office’s Addendum 5, Exhibit 1, “Non-Exclusive License and Services Agreement,” to add additional user to LGS Prosecutor Module; 7.
