A meeting of the Lamb County Commissioners’ Court will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, June 24, 2024, in the Lamb County Courthouse, where a 13—item agenda will be considered for appropriate action.
After the Call to order, the public may request to make a public comment on any of the agenda items. (3 minutes max) The items listed as “Consent Agenda Items” require no deliberation by the Court. Each Court member has the prerogative of removing an item from that agenda, so that it may be considered separately.
The five Consent Agenda items to be considered are: a) Consider and take appropriate action on minutes from previous meeting(s). b) Consider and take appropriate action on budget and salary amendments and/or line-item transfers; c) Consider and take appropriate action on bills presented by the County Auditor; d) Consider and take appropriate action on payroll; e) Consider and take appropriate action on departmental reports.
