Commissioners to meet Monday

A meeting of the Lamb County Commissioners’ Court will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, March 8, 2023, in the Lamb County Courthouse, where an 11—item agenda will be considered for appropriate action.

After the Call to order, the public may request to make a public comment on any of the agenda items. (3 minutes max) The items listed as “Consent Agenda Items” require no deliberation by the Court. Each Court member has the prerogative of removing an item from that agenda, so that it may be considered separately.

The six Consent Agenda items to be considered are: a) Consider and take appropriate action on minutes from previous meeting(s). b) Consider and take appropriate action on budget and salary amendments and/or line-item transfers; c) Consider and take appropriate action on bills presented by the County Auditor; d) Consider and take appropriate action on payroll; e) Consider and take appropriate action on departmental reports.

(f) Consider and take appropriate action on applying for unclaimed property capital credits for Counties.

(g) Consider and take appropriate action on Tax Deed for R18796 in Littlefield, Texas; 4. Consider and take appropriate action to create and fund a temporary part-time position in Tax-Assessors Office; 5. Consider and take appropriate action on IPM Amendment to Pharmacy Benefit Management Services; 6. Consider and take appropriate action on out of state travel for Juvenile Probation Office; 7.
