Lamb County Commissioners Court will conduct a meeting at 10 a.m. Monday, April 12, in the Lamb County Courthouse.
They will be considering a 10- item agenda, which includes the seven consent agenda items for one vote of action.
Those subjects don’t require any deiberation by the court, but each court member has the prerogative of removing an item from the consent agenda items so that it may be considered separately. AGENDA

4. Consider and take appropriate action on Burn Ban.
5. Consider and take appropriate action on Eliminating COVID Sick Leave policy.
6. Consider and take appropriate action on E-Read Texas Agreement with Lamb County Library & Amigos Library Services.
7. Consider and take appropriate action to Advertise for Sealed Bids to Refurbish Elevator in Courthouse.
8. Consider and Discuss potential Cares Act Projects at Lamb Healthcare Center.

The Commissioners Court may take action on any of the above items. The Comissioners Court may meet in Executive Session on any of the above items as authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act, and pursuant to Government Code 551, Sub-Chapter D.
