A meeting of the Lamb County Commissioners’ Court will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Sept 26, 2022, in the Lamb County Courthouse, where a 13—item agenda will be considered for appropriate action.
After the Call to order, the public may request to make a public comment on any of the agenda items. (3 minutes max) The items listed as “Consent Agenda Items” require no deliberation by the Court. Each Court member has the prerogative of removing an item from that agenda, so that it may be considered sepa-rately.
The six Consent Agenda items to be considered are:
a) Consider and take appropriate action on minutes from previous meeting(s).
b)Consider and take appropriate action on budget and salary amendments and/or line-item transfers;
c) Consider and take appropriate action on bills presented by the County Auditor;
d) Consider and take appropriate action on payroll;
e) Consider and take appropriate action on departmental reports.
4. Consider and take appropriate action on 2023 Indigent Defense Grant Resolution;
5. Consider and take appropriate action on Contract with Warren Computer Services for IT Services Contract;
6.Consider and take appropriate action on Amended notice of Genera Election and Order of General Election and Polling Places;
7. Consider and take appropriate action on request from the District Clerk to open an additional account;
8. Consider and take appropriate action to purchase Batter Backup System for the Sheriff’s Office;
9. Consider and take appropriate action to set salary for Employee in Treasurer’s Office;
10. Discuss Lamb Healthcare Center operations;
11. Future agenda items;
12. Executive Session as authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act, and pursuant to Government Code 551, Sub-Chapter D. Personnel Issues;
