Commissioners to meet Monday

A meeting of the Lamb County Commissioners’ Court will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, April 25 2022, in the Lamb County Courthouse, where an 11-item agenda will be considered.

The items listed as “Consent Agenda Items” require no deliberation by the Court. Each Court member has the prerogative of removing an item from that agenda, so that it may be considered separately.

After the Call to Order, the public may request to make a public comment on any of the agenda items. (3 minutes max).

AGENDA

The six Consent Agenda items to be considered are:

a) Consider and take appropriate action on minutes from previous meeting(s).

b)Consider and take appropriate action on budget and salary amendments and/or line-item transfers;

c) Consider and take appropriate action on bills presented by the County Auditor;

d) Consider and take appropriate action on payrolls;

e) Consider and take appropriate action on departmental reports.

f) Consider and take appropriate action on donations for the Lamb County Library.

4. Consider and take appropriate action to approve burial of waterline in Precinct 1

5. Consider and take appropriate action on polling places, Poll Workers, EVBB & CCS fr election onSaturday, May 7, 2022 -Texas Constitutional Amendments Election.

6. Consider and take appropriate action on Interlocal Agreement with Lubbock Couty for out-of-county inmate housing.

7. Consider and take appropriate action on Addendum to LGS Contract.

8. Consider and take appropriate action to declare a list of property from Lamb Healthcare Center sl at ublic auction.

9. Discuss Lamb Healthcare Center operations.

10. Future Agenda Items.

11. Adjournment.

The Commissioners Court may take action on any of the above items. They may meet in Executive Session on any of the items as authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act, and pursuant to Government Code 551, sub-chapter D.
