A meeting of the Lamb County Commissioners’ Court will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, March 14, 2022, in the Lamb County Courthouse, where a 9-item agenda will be considered.
After the Call to Order, the public may request to make a public comment on any of the agenda items. (3 minutes maximum).
The items listed as “Consent Agenda Items” require no deliberation by the Court. Each Court member has the prerogative of removing an item from that agenda, so that it may be considered separately.
AGENDA
The five Consent Agenda items to be considered are:
a) Consider and take appropriate action on minutes from previous meeting(s).
b)Consider and take appropriate action on budget and salary amendments and/or line-item transfers;
c) Consider and take appropriate action on bills presented by the County Auditor;
d) Consider and take appropriate action on payrolls;
e) Consider and take appropriate action on departmental reports.
4. Consider and take appropriate action on Lamb County’s Renewal of TAC’s ART’s Program for 2022.
5. Consider and take appropriate action on temporary part-time employee in the District Clerk’s Office.
6. Consider and take appropriate action on Order of Special Election May 7, 2022.
7. Consider and take appropri ate action on setting salary for fulltime position in Treasurer’s Office.

The Commissioners Court may take action on any of the above items. They may meet in Executive Session on any of the items as authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act, and pursuant to Government Code 551, sub-chapter D.
