Littlefield’s City Council will conduct a special meeting at 6 p.m. Monday, Dec. 21, 2020, in the City Council Chambers, 525 Phelps Avenue.
After the call to order, the invocation will be given, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.
4. Public comments on all of the agenda items will be received.
5. They will convene into Executie Session in accordance with Texas Gov’t Code Sec. 551.072. for deliberation regarding Real Property, Sec, 551.071, for consultation with attorney, and 551.087, deliberation regarding Economic Development Negotiations regarding Texas Civil Commitment Center—Bill Clayton Facility.
6. They will reconvene into Open Session to act, if necessary, regarding matters discussed in Executive Session.
7. They will consider the approval of the invitation to submit proposal for the sale of real property on which the Texas Civil Commitment Center—Bill Clayton Facility is located, including all buildings, improvements, and personal property for economic development purposes.
8. They will then adjourn.
