Celebrate Littlefield to feature Texas talent

Celebrate Littlefield 2021 is fast approaching. The two-day event will take place on Friday, July 16th and Saturday July 17th .

Tickets are $30 per day at the gate ($20 per day in advance). Kids five and under are free. All coolers $30 weekend pass at the gate ($20 in advance). No glass bottles and no liquor. Must show ID for 21 and up wristband. Underage drinking will not be tolerated. A Friday wristband will

JACOB ARMITAGE

“Jacob Armitage is a singer/ songwriter who’s originally from a place outside of Midland, TX, called Greenwood.

Inspired by the likes of Charlie Robison, Cody Canada, Robert Earl Keen and Rander Rogers, Jacob grew up playing and writing songs. It wasn’t until moving to Lubbock, after high school, when he began performing his songs live.

Jacob has released three singles. With his first release,

“Runner”, Jacob remained on the Texas Music Pickers chart for 12 weeks straight and has been played on multiple radio and internet stations throughout the nation.

With a debut EP to be released in early 2021, the future is bright fro this young songwriter.” - Texas Internet Radio

Jacob will take the stage on Satruday, July 17th starting at 4 p.m. until 5 p.m.

CONJUNTO ESTADO GRANDE

Conjunto Estado Grande which means Big State, is a Norteno-Sax band.

Norteno is the Spanish word for “northern” and referes to norteno/conjunto as “musica del norte” (music of the north) because it was created north of the Mexican border—Texas.

The band was formed in January 2019 and is based in Denver City, TX. All six band members have roots and strong music influence from the state of Chihuahua, Mexico. Together they have a combination of 20 years of experience in this music genre. Their sound features saxophone, accordion, drums, electric bass, six string guitar and vocals.

Conjunto Estado Grande has recorded singles like “Mira No Mas”, “Tres Ramitas”, “Ando Navegamdo” and their latest single “En Un Solo Dia”.

Conjunto Estado Grande will perfrom on Friday evening, July 16th from 7:15 to 8:15 p.m.

All performances will be held at the outdoor stage at the Ag Center in Littlefield.
