The Anton Cemetery Association is sponsoring a fundraiser lunch, which will be held on Sunday, October 12, 2025.
The fundraiser will begin at 11 a.m. until they run out of supplies.
The meal will include a Hamburger, chips and a drink and will cost $10 per plate. However, any extra donations over that are happily accepted.
There will also be a silent auction for desserts.
“We would like to continue to have a cemetery that the Anton Community and all extended families will continue to be proud of,” Kerri Davis said. “The Anton Cemetery Association is a voluntary, non-government supported organization. The upkeep of the grounds is a continuous process and is what is keeping the grounds attractive, which can only be accomplished with contributions, memorial gifts, and your support.”
The event will take place at Lawrence Avenue Church of Christ Activity Center in Anton, located at 401 Lawrence St. in Anton.
