The Amherst High School One Act Play members performed a Vampire Ball Murder Mystery Fundraiser Dinner to a sold-out crowd on Saturday, November 11, 2023.
The dinner was of a formal nature where the students portrayed vampires from all different times and eras. The meal consisted of brisket, sausage, beans, potato salad, and dessert. The 60 guests enjoyed their meal while watching the One Act Play members perform a murder mystery while serving their tables.
In the end, the guests were able to cast their vote on who they thought the murderer was. Winners earned medals for their investigative skills! This dinner was provided in an effort to raise funds for the One Act Play competition that will take place in March. This fundraiser will enable them to buy new costumes and props needed for their play.
