Happy September everyone!We have had a slow August here at the library with school starting up, but we’re bringing you many activities and events starting this month. September 4th, we will be starting kids crafts and games every Thursday from 6 p. m. to 8 p. m. ( drinks and snacks provided).

Recycle your denim

Since 2006, Cotton Incorporated’s Blue Jeans Go Green program has collected denim (made from cotton) so it can be recycled back to its original fiber state and transformed into something new.

The governing body of the City of Littlefield met at 6 p.m. on July 22nd at the City Council Chambers, located at 525 Phelps Avenue, for the purpose of considering all matters and related incidents to the City of Littlefield.The meeting was called to order by Mayor Eric Turpen at 6:03 p.m.

Registration deadline is July 14 for ‘Prickly Sisters Craft Camp’

Hayley Rodriguez is hosting the first annual Prickly Sisters Craft Camp, which will be held July 21st through July 23rd, at 701 W 3rd.The camp is for kids ages 6 to 14 years old. The deadline to sign up is July 14th. The camp will be from 9 am to 11 am each day.
