WILDCATS WIN GAME TWO OVER PRESIDIO, 2-0

The Littlefield Wildcats’ varsity baseball team bounced back on Saturday to take game two over the Presidio Blue Devils, 2-0, to force a decisive game three in Pecos to determine the 3A Bi-district championship. With the win, the Wildcats improve to 13-12-1 overall on the season.

Wolverines walk it off agains t Eagles

Wolverines walk it off agains t Eagles

The Springlake-Earth Wolverines’ varsity baseball team walked off with a win on Thursday evening in Slaton, as they took down the O’Donnell Eagles, 8-7, in the Class 1A Bi-district Baseball Play-offs. With the win, the Wolverines improve to 7-6-1 overall on the season.

Lfd. track teams compete at 3A Regional Meet

The Littlefield varsity track teams competed at the Region I-3A Regional Track Meet at Elmer Gray Stadium in Abilene on Friday and Saturday with the Lady Cats finishing tied for 24 th with three points and the Wildcats finishing tied for 27 th with four points.
