It is evident that we are living in a time where people aren’t interested in anyone or anything that doesn’t fit their narrative. In fact, a popular term that’s often used today is, “My Truth.” Essentially, if anyone disagrees with them, they are quick to throw them away or try to silence them. We live in a “cancel culture” that refuses to listen to others and only sees things through a selfish perspective. But there is no such thing as “My Truth” or “Your Truth,” there is only THE TRUTH of God’s Perfect Word. The Bible is the only measuring stick of morality and absolutes.

So, what does God’s Word say about grace? Well, as believers, we are told that we live under God’s grace. Romans 6:14 says, “Sin is no longer your master, for you no longer live under the requirements of the law. Instead, you live under the freedom of God’s grace.”

We are free by God’s grace. I’ve always liked what Corrie ten Boom said about her sins: She said, “They are now cast into the deepest sea and a sign is put up that says NO FISHING ALLOWED.” Unfortunately, we often want to dredge up our sins, or other people’s sins, but we should not choose to remember what God has chosen to forget.

Furthermore, Colossians 4:6 says, “Let your conversation be always full of grace, seasoned with sail, so that you may know how to answer everyone.” So how are you doing with that? How’s your interaction with others? Not just in-person, but also online. Are you always full of grace? Salt can remove stains, promote wellness, and eliminate odors. For our speech to be gracious and seasoned with salt, our words should express tolerance, thankfulness, and kindness. Finding faults is easy but extending grace to others in spite of their weaknesses is not. So, don’t be afraid to speak the truth-just make sure you choose grace and do it in a Godly Manner

Love You All!
