Victor Reyes

Victor Reyes, 73, of Littlefield passed away February 11, 2023, in Littlefield. He was born May 29, 1949 in Anton to Eusebio Reyes and Francisca Salinas Reyes.

He married Eva Fuentes Reyes November 18, 1965 in Dimmitt. Victor had a long list of employment, he was a farmer for many years, he was also a truckdriver, and had 20 years of lawncare service. He enjoyed making repairs and maintaining his lawnmower. He greatly appreciated all of his customers. He had a giving heart and would help anyone in need. He was a man who didn't like to be idle and always found a way to keep busy. He spoke highly of everyone, never having a negative thing to say about anyone and easily formed relationships with those who were around him. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Littlefield and enjoyed volunteering his time there along with the food pantry. Spending time with his family was very important to him and he loved being a "Grumpy" to his grandchildren. He also loved going on outings with his wife, they often traveled to Ruidoso and San Antonio.

He is survived by his wife, Eva Reyes of Littlefield; four sons, Martin Reyes and wife, Sandra of Littlefield, George Reyes and wife, Sandra of Shallowater, Victor Reyes Jr. of Plainview and Andrew Reyes and wife, Jessica of Wolfforth; three daughters, Victoria Roach and husband, Gary of Littlefield, Debbie Soliz and husband, Chris of Littlefield and Isabel Bramwell of Littlefield; seventeen grandchildren, Tom Reyes and wife, Anna, Gabriel Reyes and wife, Alex, Caleb Reyes and wife, Jaylynn, Paul Reyes and wife, Kayla, Jeremiah Reyes, Joseph Reyes, Timothy Reyes, Malachi Reyes, Isaiah Reyes, Josiah Reyes, Zayvyn Reyes, Hannah Reyes, Haulie Soliz, Genesis Bramwell, Gebrey Bramwell, Gideon Bramwell and Laura Cruz; thirteen great grandchildren, Evan, Nathalia, Emma, Olivia, Mason, Zaila, Adeline, Adella, Zaylie, Silas, Ezra, Hezekiah and Mario Jr.; three brothers, Eusebio Reyes Jr. and wife, Sally of Bryan, Texas, Tony Reyes of Earth, Texas, and Francisco Reyes and wife, Guadalupe of Earth, Texas; four sisters, Mary Herrera and husband, Armando of Plainview, Texas, Maggie Monreal and husband, J.R. of Earth, Texas, Alice Ramirez of Plainview, Texas and Celia Reyes of Tulia, Texas.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Eusebio and Francisca Reyes; four brothers, Mike Reyes, Abel Reyes, Richard Reyes and Jesus Reyes; and three sisters, Erlinda Duran, Yolanda Frias and Gudalupe Reyes.

Visitation will be from 2:00 until 6:00 p.m., Thursday, February 16, 2022 at Grace Chapel with Prayer service at 6:00 p.m.. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, February 17, 2023 at First Baptist Church in Littlefield. Interment will follow in Littlefield Memorial Park. Arrangements are under the personal care of Hillcrest Funeral Home in Littlefield.
