Thomas 'Cheeto' Richardson, 29, of Littlefield passed away Saturday, July 30, 2022 in Lubbock. He was born July 9, 1993 in Lubbock to Brandy Lee Richardson and Rickey Lee Hall.

Thomas attended Littlefield High School where he excelled as an athlete in football, basketball and track. Known as 'Cheeto' by his teammates and classmates, he was a beast on and off the court. He was a proud Wildcat and graduated with the class of 2011. His proudest accomplishment was being a dad. He was a family man above all else, and loved spending time with his brothers and his daughter, Aubree. Cheeto liked hanging with friends and socializing, he loved people and could make friends anywhere. He had an electrifying personality, and was always being a clown and making everyone laugh. Cheeto loved music, especially rap, and he was always stylish. He was employed as an AC Tech at Comfort Masters.

Thomas is survived by his mom, Brandy Richardson of Littlefield; dad, Laymon Jackson and Alyssa Roberts of Littlefield; biological dad, Rickey Hall of Levelland; a daughter, Aubree Richardson of Littlefield; a son, Evan Salas of Dallas; two brothers, Laymon Anthony Jackson Jr. "Dorito" and Brenda Rojero and Tyreese Dezmon Jackson "Frito" and Jordan Stone, all of Littlefield; nephews, Tyrese Dezmon Jackson Jr. and Jeremiah Martinez of Littlefield; grandfather, Oscar Martinez of Littlefield; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family members.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Phoenix Marie Richardson; and his grandparents, Debbie Richardson, Linda Jackson and Clarence Norice.

Funeral services were held at 1 p.m., Tuesday, Aug. 9, 2022 at First Baptist Church in Littlefield with Pastor Billy Montes officiating. Interment followed in Littlefield Memorial Park. Serving as pallbearers were, Fernando Barrio Jr., Zachary White, Kevin Silva, Isaac Bautista, David McDaniel Jr., Aaron McDaniel, Joey Gonzales and Laymon Anthony Jackson Jr. and Tyreese Dezmon Jackson as honorary pallbearers. Arrangements were under the personal care of Hillcrest Funeral Home in Littlefield.
