Sarah Nichole Harper Taylor, age 40, passed away on Wednesday, November 2, 2022, in Dallas, TX.

Born December 4, 1981, in Lubbock, TX, she attended school in Anton, Whitharral, and Ennis, TX, graduating from Ennis High School in 2000. She lived in Dallas for many years and made lifelong friends at every job she held, the last of which was at The Goat where she worked for 11 years.

Sarah's most treasured moments were the time she spent with her beloved daughter, Marley. She was known as a devoted mother and loyal friend who shared her love openly and spread joy with her silly sense of humor and infectious smile. She loved movies, TV shows, and music and took immense pride in her extensive vinyl record collection.

Sarah was a social personality who looked forward to getting dressed up and going to concerts and dinner with friends. And when at home, she enjoyed reading, cooking, and cross stitching, often sharing what she made with the ones she loved.

Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, Marley; father, Johnie Harper and wife, Cynthia; mother, Kelly Ludwig and husband, Erik; brother, Jay Harper and wife, April; sisters, Savannah Harper, Rebekah Addison and husband, Scott; step brothers, Mikel and Brian Aubin, Matthew, Lucas, and Joshua Ludwig and wife, Addie; nieces, Talynn and Nova Harper; nephew, Ira Addison; aunts and uncles, Susan and Tom Fletcher, Dae and George Novak, Robin Messer, Shannon and Leon Ledford, Shawn Messer; cousins, Kelsey Shaw, MacKenzie Woodard, Tommy Fletcher, Danielle Overland, and their families.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Johnie Jr. and Marilyn Harper, Waymon and Virginia Messer; and cousin, Holly Friday.

Family, friends, and others whose lives Sarah touched are invited to join in a celebration of her life on Thursday, November 10, at J.E. Keever Mortuary located at 408 N Dallas St., Ennis, TX. Visitation will be from 12 to 2 p.m. with services starting at 2 p.m.
