Peggy Lou Lorenz, 79 of Levelland, Texas, passed from this life on January 15, 2023.

Peggy was born January 16, 1943 in Harrah, Oklahoma to Homer and Madeline Henley. Peggy was a hardworking woman with a big heart who would do anything for her family. She is known for being a fantastic cook and a devout member of Christ the Lutheran Church. She always stood by her family as well as her faith and would do stand up for her convictions and do anything she thought was right.

Peggy is preceded in death by parents, Edgar (Henley) and Madeline (Campbell); husband, Charles Lorenz, Sr.; son, Rodney Lorenz; brothers, Win Lee Henley, Tommy Dean Henley, Alvin Don Henley; and sister, Jolene Henley.

Peggy is survived by her three children, Donna Lorenz, Charlie Lorenz, and Johnathan Lorenz (Stacy); grandchildren, Trevor Nickols (Christine), Kristopher (Natalie), Joshua Lorenz, Jennifer Davidson (Dustin), Bre'anne Durrell, Ryan Lorenz, Joseph Lorenz-Tucker, and Jon Paul Lorenz (Savannah); plus nine great grandkids.
