PEDRO LUJAN CANAVA

Pedro ‘Pete’ Lujan Canava, 54 of Anton passed away Wednesday, March 20, 2024 in Littlefield. He was born July 8, 1968 in Brewster County, Texas to Pedro Morin Canava and Carmen Lujan.

Pete graduated from Monahans High School. He worked many years for American Fibers in Lubbock, Texas. Pete was an avid Houston Texans fan. He enjoyed barbequing and cooking and made the best green enchiladas. Pete had a razor sharp memory, was always reminding Maria of what she needed to do.

Pete is survived by his wife; two girls; two boys; twelve grandchildren; four great grandchildren and one on the way; three brothers; three sisters; and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members. He was preceded in death by his parents; one boy; a brother; and a sister.

Funeral services were held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday March 26, 2024 at Grace Chapel in Hillcrest Funeral Home with Josh Shea officiating. Interment followed in Anton Cemetery. Arrangements were under the personal care of Hillcrest Funeral Home in Littlefield.
