L.T. DAVIS

L.T. Davis, 89, of Olton, died Tuesday, June 6, 2023, in Olton, TX. Funeral services were held Friday, June 9, 2023, at Olton Methodist Church with Mr. Glenn Johnson officiating. Interment followed at Olton Cemetery under the direction of Ramage Funeral Directors.

L.T. was born Nov. 16, 1933, in Nelta, TX, to William Richard and Jennie (Holmes) Davis. He married Wanda Sue Carter on June 12, 1954. L.T. served in the United States Army from 1956 to 1958. Moving to Olton in 1964, L.T. owned and operated Davis Pump and Drilling for 50 years. He grew up hunting and fishing and continued to enjoy that throughout his life.
