KRISTIE CONNER

Kristie Conner, 53, of Springlake, died Thursday, Oct. 19, 2023, in Lubbock, TX. Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 24, 2023, at the First Baptist Church in Springlake with Brother Rob Norris and Mr. Trent Tanaro officiating. Interment followed at Springlake Cemetery under the direction of Ramage Funeral Directors.

Kristie was born June 11, 1970, in Jacksonville, FL, to Carl and Faye (Williams) Houston. A lifetime area resident, Kristie graduated from Levelland High School in 1987. On June 11, 1988, she married Chuck Conner and they made their home in Springlake. Kristie was an intermediate EMT for 21 years. She served at departments in Earth, Olton, Dimmitt and Hale Center. She also served as a volunteer on the Springlake Fire Department. She enjoyed welding horseshoe art and had a special love for horses and frogs.
