ELOY GARCIA, SR.

Eloy Garcia, Sr., 76, of Littlefield passed away Wednesday Dec. 13, 2023 at home. He was born Jan. 8, 1947 in Skidmore, TX to Rosendo and Romana Elizando Garcia.

Eloy was tough and hardworking, a true handman and a jack of all trades. Eloy could fix anything. He enjoyed watching Westerns on TV, reading, being outside, fishing, hunting, bowling and was a pool shark. He was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan. He was a faithful Catholic and a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Littlefield.

Funeral Mass will be held at 1 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 19, 2023 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Littlefield with Father Jeff Church officiating. Interment will follow in Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Billy Ulloa, Daniel Garcia, Micheal Balderas, Mona Lisa Garcia, Robert Garcia, and Leonard Trevino, with Eloy Garcia Jr. serving as an honorary pallbearer. Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m., Monday evening at the funeral home with nephew, David Garcia presiding. Arrangements are under the personal care of Hillcrest Funeral Home in Littlefield.
