Debra Castillo, 55, of Littlefield, TX passed away on August 19, 2023 in Lubbock, TX. She was born on October 17, 1967, in Amherst, Texas to Joe Galindo Jr. and Delia Miraval Galindo.

Debra was a beloved wife, dedicated mother, and adoring grandmother. She had an extraordinary talent for cooking, and her children and grandchildren always eagerly anticipated her delicious meals. Debra's specialty was baking birthday cakes for her loved ones' special days. Her dedication to her family knew no bounds, she never missed an activity or game that her grandchildren were involved in. She was sweet and caring, and loved her family dearly.

Debra is survived be her husband, Daniel Castillo; two sons, Joshua Castillo and Jacob Castillo, both of Littlefield, TX; two daughters, Sylvia Castillo and Sarah (Tyler) Lundberg, both of Littlefield, TX; eight grandchildren, Brianna Castillo, Ian Mendez, Evelynn Castillo, Myah Castillo, Peyton Lundberg, Jazlyn Castillo, Kinsley Lundberg, and Justus Castillo; a sister, Jo Ann (Joe) Olivarez of Littlefield, TX; two nephews, Joe Manuel Sanchez and Jeremy Sanchez; and her mother, Delia Miraval Galindo of Littlefield.

She was preceded in death by her father, Joe Galindo Jr. Funeral mass was held Wednesday morning, August 23, 2023, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Littlefield with Father Jeff Church officiating. Serving as pallbearers were Joshua Castillo, Jacob Castillo, Ian Mendez, Joe Manuel Sanchez, Jeremy Sanchez, and Tyler Lundberg. Rosary was recited Tuesday evening, August 22, 2023, at Hillcrest Funeral Home in Littlefield.
