Billye “ Jeanne” Lavo, 90, passed away on Monday, Aug. 5, 2024. Jeanne was born in Marlow, OK on Feb. 11, 1934, to Cleo and Leonard Hill.
She graduated from Littlefield High School. She was married to Robert Lavo, Major USAF, from 1956-1963 and had one son, Gregory. She was a long-time employee of Security State Bank/ Wellington State Bank. She retired in 2020 at the age of 86.
Jeanne was preceded in death by her parents; her grandson; brother-in-law; and niece.
Survivors include her son; a granddaughter; five great grandchildren; a sister; nieces, cousins, and a host of friends.
