Antonio “Tony” Aguilar, 64, of Littlefield, passed away Monday, June 3, 2019 in Odessa. He was born Feb. 9, 1955 in Zacatecas, Mexico to Guadalupe and Teresa (Hernandez) Aguilar.
Tony was a very hard worker and worked as a mechanic for Gajeske Oilfield for over 15 years. He was a jack of all trades and could fix anything. Tony had a giving spirit which is proven in his choice to be an organ donor. He was a skilled leather crafter.
Tony is survived by his wife, Mercedes (Adame) Aguilar of Littlefield; two daughters, Esmerelda Lara and husband, Michael of El Paso and Nancy Montes and husband, David of Littlefield; five grandchildren, Michael Lara, Jr., Kimberly Gomez and husband, Said, Melinda Lara, Arturo Gallardo, and Mercedes Montes; one soon to be great-grandchild; a sister Hortencia Aguilar of El Paso; and numerous extended family members.
Funeral services were held Thursday, June 6, 2019 at Grace Chapel in Littlefield at the funeral home. Arrangements are under the personal care of Hillcrest Funeral Home in Littlefield.
