On Monday, June 6, 2023, a request from the Lamb County District Attorney’s office, that the court dismiss the criminal action against Andy Madrigal, for the reason: “The Defendant is incarcerated in the California Department of Corrections and will not be eligible for parole until 2025.”

On Oct. 10, 2014, a request from the Lamb County District Attorney’s office, that the court dismiss the above styled and numbered cause on the grounds that Defendant has paid Restitution in full.

On this the 10th day of Oct. 2014, came on to be heard and considered the motion of the County/District attorney of Lamb County, Texas, to dismiss the above styled and numbered cause, and it appearing that such motion should be granted, it is accordingly ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED by the court that the above styled and numbered cause be dismissed, and that the Defendant, Judy Qualls, be discharged.

WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL

On May 18, 2023, Jose Marrari Lara-Orellana, entered a Guilty plea to the offense for which he was convicted: Assault causes Bodily Injury to a Family Member, that occurred on April 29, 2023.

The court received the plea, judged the defendant was guilty, the defendant was sentenced to 90 days confinement in the Lamb County Jail.

He is ordered to pay fines in the amount of $100 and Court Costs in the amount of $270.

On May 18, 2023, Jose Ariel Flores, entered a Guilty plea to the offense for which he was convicted: Poss CS PG 3<28G, that occurred on Feb. 25, 2023.

The court received the plea, judged the defendant was guilty, the defendant was sentenced to seven days confinement in the Lamb County Jail. The Defendant was given seven days of total jail time credit towards incarceration, fines and court costs.

On June 1, 2023, Gilver Silvas Jr., entered a Guilty plea to the offense for which he was convicted: Assault Causes Bodily Inj, that occurred on April 14, 2023.

The court received the plea, judged the defendant was guilty, the defendant was sentenced to 45 days confinement in the Lamb County Jail, but the sentence of confinement was suspended and the defendant was placed on community supervision for two years.
