Rex Henry Freeman

Rex Henry Freeman, 61, of Littlefield passed away peacefully on December 14, 2022.

Rex was born and grew up in Littlefield, a town he loved and never left.

He worked at Robertson's Heating and Air for 25 years and enjoyed fishing, hunting, and spending time in his barn. He was an avid outdoorsman, a wonderful Papa to his grandkids, and helped many people along the way. Rex will be dearly missed and always remembered.

In lieu of flowers, Rex requested donations to Texas Parks and Wildlife or Legacy of Love hospice.

Rex was predeceased by his grandparents, J.D. and Fern Co; his father, Henry Freeman; and his son, Andrew Barry Freeman.

He is survived by his mother, Sharon Freeman; wife, Juli; his sisters, Tammy Danner, of Littlefield and Christy Bichsel (Greg) of Amarillo; his stepchildren, Megan Gongaware, (Chad) and their daughters, Alexandra D'Auria and Georgia Gongaware of Shallowater and Brian Karpel (Kim) and their children, Kaleah, Braylon and Briella of San Diego, CA; as well as his daughterin-law, Gentry Davidson and her children, Jaedon, Ledger, and London of Lubbock, TX. Rex also leaves behind aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and numerous friends.

Memorial services will be held Thursday, December 22, at 1 p.m. at Follow Thru Fellowship Church with pastor Tracy Spencer officiating. Honorary pallbearers are Jerry Cox, Robert Foster, Kent Ball, James Foster, Ronnie Milligan, Leland Chilton, Brad McMurry, Todd Lemaster, Greg Bichsel, and Nathan Bichsel.

Cremation arrangements were under the personal care of Hillcrest Funeral Home in Littlefield.
