Patsy Jean Bales Yesel

Dec. 26, 1937 ~ Sept. 29, 2022

Patsy Jean Bales Yesel departed this earth on Thursday, September 29, 2022. She was born to JC and Mary Bales on December 26, 1937.

Pat, to her friends and all who knew her, was the last surviving sibling in her family. Her parents John Cornelius and Mary Bales both passed away on March 15, 1960 in a tragic vehicle/train accident. Preceding her in death were her brothers, Billy Bales, JC Bales, Jimmy Bales, and James Bales and her sisters, Dorothy Sharpe and Betty Holcomb.

During her marriage to Jack Yesel they were blessed with a son, Randy Lynn Yesel of Littlefield. His children, a son, Aric Yesel and wife, Amber and their children Luna and Arya all of Lubbock, Texas. Hilary Winans and husband, Bryan and their children Andie and Emelyn of Austin and their mother, Marilyn Greener. As well as his daughter, Jayme Criswell Osuna and her partner, Brittany Osuna and their children, Clay and Chloye of Crosbyton, Texas.

A son, Gary Ray Yesel and wife, Rhonda and their only son, Cory Yesel and Haleigh Glasscock of Littlefield and children Easton and Emerson of Lubbock, Texas.

Also left to cherish her memories are several nieces and nephews.

Patsy had a true servant's heart and those who knew her, knew this to be true. Pat was a faithful member of Sunset Avenue Baptist Church in Littlefield and leaves behind many friends and precious memories from her time spent there. She frequented the Senior Citizens Center in Littlefield where she leaves behind many friends and memories there as well. Pat worked at Littlefield Hospitality House for many years and had lasting friends and memories from there. Pat was a gifted artist and shared many of her paintings with friends and family over the years. Pat was a member of the Ladies Auxillaryof the local VFW Post 4854 for many years. She was always eager to help with a church meal or to visit friends in need. She was involved in her children and grandchildren's lives and activities as they were growing up and was a second mom and friend to their friends. Those who knew her will all have unique memories and stories to tell. She was a blessing to many. Pat was a breast cancer survivor and gave many others hope through her testimony of that.

Thank you to those who cared for her during the later part of her life, her healthcare providers, Littlefield EMS and her special friends who were always there for her. She is now rejoicing with Jesus and in her eternal home in Heaven.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 8, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. to celebrate her life at Sunset Ave. Baptist Church in Littlefield, Texas.
