Joe David Trejo, 77, of Littlefield passed away Tuesday, July 5, 2022 in Lubbock. He was born November 7, 1944 in Hebbronville, TX to Honorato and Magdalena Trejo. He married Lea Cruz November 21, 1967 in Littlefield.
Joe was a hardworking individual who was not afraid to take risks. He worked his way up from having nothing to owning several businesses throughout his life. The trucking business was his last business venture, and probably the most rewarding. He enjoyd music, dancing, gambling, drinking, and family.
Services were held at 10 a.m., Saturday July 9, 2022 at Grace Chapel in Littlefield. Interment followed in Littlefield Memorial Park. Serving as pallbearers were J.D. Robinson, Victor L. Quintana, Alejandro Flores, Alex Joe Trejo, Scooby Zapata, and Mike Segovia. Serving as honorary pallbearers were Valecio Angel Rodriguez, Alenna Deci Rodriguez and Eliseo Crispen Zapata. Arrangements were under the personal care of Hillcrest Funeral Home in Littlefield.
