Rick Perez, 56, of Olton, died Sunday, March 13, 2022, in Lubbock, TX. Funeral services were held at 10 a.m., Friday, March 18, 2022, at the First United Methodist Church in Olton, with Pastor Valentine Martinez officiating. Interment followed at Olton Cemetery under the direction of Ramage Funeral Directors.
Rick was born March 31, 1965, in Plainview, TX, to Domingo and Maria (Zamudio) Perez. He moved to Olton in 1991 from Earth and was a farmer. On June 1, 1996, Rick married Yolanda Martinez. A faithful Christian man, Rick was always listening to Christian music. He loved watching rodeos and the Washington Redskins.
