We asked people around Lamb County what their wish for Christmas was and these were their responses:

Lamb County Judge Mike DeLoach said that his wish this Christmas is that more people will sit around their kitchen table and actual develop relationships with their family.

“I believe the majority of our problems in our world could be solved by people developing and maintaining relationships with their own family,” he said. “If we develop a relationship with our own family we will develop relationships with others and in doing so we will become more understanding of our differences.”

Deputy Treasuer, Pepper Grey said, “My Christmas wish is for everyone to hold love close to their heart. I hope joy and peace lives in you every day, and may the beauty of the season warm your heart to love more, give more and be more in all you do.”

Jerry Yarbrough said that her Christmas wish comes from the book of Luke, “Fear not for behold I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all the people.”

She added, “Remember the reason for the season, and may your holiday be blessed with never ending peace, happiness, and love.”

Rickie Redman said, “My wish this Christmas is for good health for myself and my family; and I am praying that we would each trust in God and His plan for our lives as we enter this new year—most especially that we would find joy in all circumstances.” (Philippians 4).

LHC Businss Office Manager, Elena Alvarado, said, “My Christmas wish is happiness , health and God’s Love for all of my family and friends. May we all go back to the true meaning of Christmas,Jesus Christ our Savior! Merry Christmas to everyone.”
