The HPWD Board of Directors met December 14 in Lubbock to conduct the following business:
• Approved the Consent Agenda
• Approved administratively complete applications for water well permits
• Approved a Dockum Aquifer Partnership Program funding application in Floyd County.
• Approved an interlocal agreement and letter of approval between HPWD and the City of Sundown regarding resale of trust
• Reappointed County Advisory Committee members for calendar year 2022.
• Convened a Closed Executive Session relating to the duties, performance, and evaluation of the General Manager, supervisors, and employees.
• Approved salary adjustments for HPWD personnel.
• Discussed possible action relating to the boundary clarification request from Potter-Randall Appraisal District.
• Discussed and considered possible litigation and enforcement matters regarding expired water well permit applications that are not administratively complete and water wells for which no permit applications were submitted. The next Board of Directors
